Explore and create our desired future of gastronomy system scenarios.
Gather our actions and learnings in the PG Future Report: a dynamic, open and forward-looking 'knowledge unit', that will provide decision-makers at various levels and in a variety of areas concerned with food & gastronomy with a kind of manual that helps them in their efforts to better understand the phenomenon related to food and act as rational as possible in contributing to the realisation of a sustainable food system, healthy for the people, the planet and full of flavor.
