The winner of our Gastrochallenge is Kaii Tu, a product designer, currently living in Valencia.

We believe Kaii captures the spirit of Project Gastronomía´s Guardian of Good Food - he has designed for major Food companies, but he's also involved in technology and future thinking, designing products for a virtual reality startup in California and innovation for a large tech company. But furthermore, he has a great passion for gastronomy!

Here we present you his work, that has granted him the amazing prize of a dinner for 2 in Kitchen Theory´s Gastrophysics Chef´s Table!
